Chemical drinking water analysis

Drinking water test

Drinking water may be enriched with various chemical substances that are hazardous to health. Environmental contamination by industrial wastewater, pesticides, overfertilisation or motor vehicle accidents, which continue to increase, present increasing challenges for water provision by waterworks. However, hazardous substances may still enter drinking water via the pipes or fixtures, even after the water has been provided, e.g. due to the use of lead and copper pipes. We test for the following heavy and light metals, as well as anions:

  • Aluminium
  • Antimony
  • Arsenic
  • Lead
  • Cadmium
  • Calcium
  • Chrome
  • Iron
  • Potassium
  • Copper
  • Magnesium
  • Manganese
  • Sodium
  • Nickel
  • Phosphate
  • Zinc
  • Nitrite, nitrate, sulphate
  • Total water hardness
