Mobile Retrieval of Findings
Access Laboratory Findings Faster
Our mobile app for retrieving findings offers rapid access to all laboratory findings from the last 30 days in our laboratory management system 2D-connect®. Interim and final findings can be accessed live at any time and from anywhere. Surname or barcode filters are available for this purpose. Push notifications can be set up for urgent or abnormal results, including according to criteria defined by the medical practice itself. This convenient and cost-effective retrieval of results via smartphone is subject to the strictest security regulations and is protected against unauthorised access by password-protected login.
Rapid Test Results for Urgent Parameters
With the findings notification system (FNS), we offer you the option to receive test results for urgent parameters, as well as results from individually requested urgent tests. We have set up a web application for the findings notification system in the customer login area. This allows users to select and manage their preferred delivery methods, notification types and tests for which notifications are required at any time:
