c) Customer Account

When you open a customer account, you consent to the storage of your master data such as name, address, telephone, email address, as well as your usage data (username, password). This allows you to place orders with us using your email address or customer number and personal password and register for professional development courses. During your registration, we obtain the following consent:

d) Job Applications

Data provided by you in the context of job applications or job postings will only be processed by us within the framework of the corresponding application process. We do not disclose your data to third parties in this context. The data is only stored until the application process is completed. In the case of an unsuccessful application, the data will be deleted; in the case of a successful application, the data will be transferred to your personnel file. Please note that, regardless of the above provisions, application documents are kept for three months.
